Falcon Mosaic LLC offers a curated selection of Middle Eastern and Islamic luxury décor, including handcrafted ceramics and textiles, Islamic wall art and calligraphy, and statement lighting and serveware. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities, availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product images on falcon-mosaic.com are as accurate as we can make them; however, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to handmade and artisan goods and are not considered defects. Dimensions and weights listed on product pages are approximate. If you have specific questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at hello@falcon-mosaic.com.

We make every effort to keep inventory information up to date. In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly by email and offer you the choice of a full refund, a store credit, or — where possible — a pre-order arrangement with an estimated restock date.

All prices on falcon-mosaic.com are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period.

Falcon Mosaic LLC ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories, PO boxes, or international destinations. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5-8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All shipments are made within the United States, so no import duties or customs fees apply to domestic orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Falcon Mosaic. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
